You fixed something in a live campaign and saved it. Guests are still getting the old version. This is expected, since there is one more step that needs to be completed.
What the badge means
A published campaign that you have edited shows an UNPUBLISHED CHANGES badge in the campaign list.
Editing and saving a campaign does not change what guests receive. The campaign carries on sending the version that was last published, and your edits sit alongside it until you publish them. So a typo you corrected an hour ago is still going out until the change is published.
This is not a fifth status. The campaign is still Active and still sending, just not the version you are looking at in the builder.
Publishing the change
Find the campaign in the list.
Open its three-dot menu and choose Edit (Unpublished Changes)
Work through the 4. Review & Publish step and click on Publish & Start Sending.
The campaign updates are showing as clean.
Checking which version guests actually got
If you need to know whether a specific guest received the old version or the new one, use the Schedules tab on the campaign report and look at the date on their row. Anything sent before you published the change went out as the previous version.
See The Schedules tab on a campaign report.
Why this is worth checking early
An unpublished change is invisible unless you are looking for it. The campaign is running, the reports keep moving, and nothing in the numbers tells you that the message going out is not the message you last edited.
You can do two things to avoid this situation:
Check the campaign list for the badge after you edit anything live and
Treat "I fixed it" as meaning "I fixed it and published it".
Getting help
Open Talk to Us in the left menu of the platform, or email [email protected]. Tell us the campaign name and roughly when you made the edit.
